Excellent Teacher/Mentor

Dan's mini-lectures, his attention to the details on how to shoot Milky Way photographs, his generosity in sharing helpful Astrophotography websites, and his own experiences provide any photographer an excellent learning experience prior to the actual adventure in the May Monument Valley trip. This course has given me more knowledge and confidence for photographing the Milky Way.

The Perfect Course for the Complete Beginner

As someone who was totally new to astrophotography, I found this the perfect beginner's course. Everything is so carefully explained and well illustrated and Dan's step-by-step walkthrough of all his processes makes it so easy to pick up. I found Dan's enthusiasm infectious and his professionally produced course-work a joy to watch, so much so that I regularly revisit some of the videos.
