Simply Outstanding

A year ago I had never even pointed a camera at the Milky Way and had always assumed that the images you see in magazines were way beyond my reach. Having now completed all three parts of Dan's Capture the Milky Way course, I am totally hooked. The course content is outstanding, easy to follow and professionally presented and I have learnt so much. I highly recommend these exceptional courses.

A must have course

I already had night photography experience, but this course allows you to take a big step forward. Essential information about star trackers, stacking, post processing and many advanced techniques. One of my photos, taken after the course, was selected by National Geographic as the best night photo of the week. I would recommend it 100%. Thank you very much Dan!

A great investment

This is some of the best money I have spent on an any course. What I have learned has made my images improve to a level I didn't think was possible, I so far have not tried the tracking but now I have finished the course I don't feel nervous about doing anything. Thank you Dan. I hope to join you on one of your workshops next year.

After several years shooting the Milky Way with ok results I felt in a position where I needed an extra step to take my images to the next level. Dan opened my eyes to a new magic world with this course where he explains carefully the entire process, guiding you from the very first steps like choosing the right tracker for you, to extract the most from your images while editing.

The course is very comprehensive with useful information throughout. I would recommend it to anyone interest in Astrophotography

Dan is extremely knowledgeable and responsive to any questions that are being asked. Although I am registered for his Milky Way workshop, his work and responsiveness to my questions regarding how to shoot the Aurora was extremely helpful in me getting some great pics in my first attempt to night photography.

This is exactly what I needed!!

I was looking for one definitive source or guide for Milky Way shooting and more importantly post processing of Milky Images, this is exactly what I needed. Dan is very thorough and approaches a complex process in a step by step fashion and provides needed explanations not only on the how to do something but the why you do something as well. Updates are provided and Dan is very accessible.
