Very helpful and interesting...

The basic module, I would definitely recommend to new astrophotographers. All the points are well discussed, all in the same course. I find that Iearnt faster as I don't have to search in youtube. Plus all the links to go deeper in some topics, best cameras, best lenses...). All sessions are not too long so we do not get bored infront of the computer. Well structured.

Amazing course, Dan provides you with all the tools necessary for finding, planning, photographing and post processing your milky way photos. He is very respectful to everybody's abilities. and has a group social page for continued live support from himself and other students. The attached photo was taken with skills from this beginning course and post processing. Ready to start the next level.

A Goldmine of information

I have many years of photography (non-celestial) experience but this course was filled with a broad range of new information to get started on Milky Way photography and post processing. Very useful and it will save making a lot of novice mistakes.

Best course for the money

I started going through the course and have found it to be extremely valuable. Each lesson explains the subject matter in a clear and concise way. Still have lots to learn but looking forward to the rest of the course and putting what I learn into practice!!

Exactly what I was looking for

I was struggling with post processing my Milky Way photos, I had a vague idea of what to do, but not really. I reached out to Dan, since I subscribe to his mailing list and he recommended I try the basic module of his course and it was exactly what I needed. The course is easy to follow and Dan is super responsive to emails and is very helpful. Highly recommend Dan and his courses.

Great information and worth every penny!

I was hesitant about buying this course. I regret I took a while before buying it. The way Dan approaches and explain each video with such calmness and making sure every detail gets covered, make this hard hobby enjoyable. You could learn alone but I can guarantee you it will take you longer and you will get frustrated real quick as it happened to me. Customer service is outstanding! Thanks Dan.

Met all my expectations and was easily understood.

My previous experience of astro-photography was taking two photos, one of star trails and one of the night sky as a background to a self-portrait. The course was a valuable tool to beginning a more in-depth experience.

Love how Dan breaks things down in specific videos and chapters. He is also very responsive to comments on the posts, as well as on Telegram. And I haven't even finished the basic course!!
